      The 5/16″ drill bit can be used to modify your hopper cart so that it can become a carburetor hopper.  Designed to drill through metal, the 5/16″ drill bit creates the holes in      the frame of the hopper cart  so that the wing bolts can attach the regulator assembly as shown below.
